Human Resources Practitioner

Gabriella is a Human Resources Practitioner with over 12 years of experience in various industries, including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Exclusive Retail, and International Conservation. She co-founded a recruitment agency and is the Managing Director of P. M. Renaissance, a boutique firm providing strategic HR services.

With a strong statistics and research background, she conducts research on compensation, reward, recruitment, selection, and performance management. She is a certified International Labour Organisation SCORE trainer, focusing on workplace cooperation, performance, efficiency, and youth employability. Her expertise includes Compensation & Reward, Industrial Relations, Manpower Efficiency, Employee Motivation, and Human Resource Strategy.

Her recent consulting projects include team-building retreats, HR audits, HR policy development, team-building programs, HR advisory services, salary surveys, organizational and salary restructuring, and HR integration for a merger.
